Do you ship worldwide?
YES, we ship worldwide! There are some rare instances where we're unable to ship to you - if you happen to be from one of those countries, we will let you know.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be processed either same day or next day after your order confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
AUSTRALIA:
Standard shipping on all domestic orders $8 (3-5 business days)
Australia Post express post $16 (1-2 business days)
REST OF THE WORLD:
Standard shipping AUD$15 (9-18 business days)
Express international shipping AUD$25 (4-7 business days)

*The above times do not include the 1-2 day processing time.
*The above times exclude customs/clearance delays - note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery.
Where is my order? Can I track my order?
Please click on the tracking link in your order confirmation to track the status of your order. If you do not see any available tracking, please reach out to our customer support team at support@senchaskin.com.au.
Don't worry if your tracking isn't active, as it can take up to 3 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number.
Customs and International Taxes and Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or international taxes or duties once the items have shipped. If you receive notice that additional local sales tax, goods and services tax, value added tax, excise or similar levies, taxes and/or import duties are applicable to your purchase, you will be responsible for payment of these. You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability resulting from your failure to make timely payments of, or to pay any of, all such taxes and duties.
What Happens If I Enter An Incorrect Or Incomplete Address?
It is important that you double check your delivery address at checkout before placing the order for your products. Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and we can’t deliver your products, we may need to charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt.
Requests for change of address must be made directly with us via our customer care team PRIOR to your order being shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
